| This course is an intensive course that is designed for both the individual interested in school supervision, and the individual who will supervise individuals in the training function in business and industry. It will provide a basis for the graduate student to explore the many facets of supervision and at the same time learn how the principles of supervision transfer from one work environment to another. Work place problems both in the school and training environment will be explored and addressed in a positive manner. The main focus will, however, deal with techniques of supervision, evaluation, resource utilization, equity, and promotion. |
